Perfect Porridge

 

75g porridge oats

250ml milk

100ml water

salt, pinch

1 tbsp Greek yogurt

1 tsp honey

1 tbsp chopped almonds

2 tbsp blueberries

 

Put porridge oats in a saucepan, pour in milk or water and sprinkle in a pinch of salt.

Bring to the boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring from time to time to ensure that it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan.

Remove from heat and place in a bowl, stir through yoghurt and honey.

Top with almonds and blueberries.

Serve hot.
