Simple Overnight Oats

 

1⁄3 cup Get Farmed Porridge Oats

1⁄4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter

1⁄2 cup milk of choice (for thick consistency)

 

Combine dry ingredients: In a mason jar or small bowl, mix together the oats, ground cinnamon, and chia seeds.

Add nut butter: Stir in the almond butter or peanut butter until well distributed throughout the oat mixture.

Pour in milk: Add the milk and stir thoroughly to ensure all ingredients are well combined and the nut butter is fully incorporated.

Refrigerate overnight: Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight. The oats will absorb the liquid and soften to a creamy consistency.

Serve: Enjoy cold straight from the jar or transfer to a bowl. Add fresh fruit, nuts, or a drizzle of maple syrup if desired.
