Berry Oat Smoothie

 

1 cup berries (either fresh or frozen)

1 banana

1 cup almond milk

½ cup Get Farmed! Rolled Oats

1 tablespoon maple syrup

¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

 

Combine all the ingredients in a blender.

Blend on high for 2 to 3 minutes or until completely combined and the oats are fully incorporated.

Serve immediately, topped with a scattering of oats and extra berries on top, or store in the refrigerator for up to one day.
